Branchlate provides software translation management tools that integrate with your Git workflow, enabling seamless synchronization across multiple environments. Our Service includes:

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

5. Accounts and Registration

5.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

5.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Paid Services

We offer monthly subscription plans. Prices are subject to change with a one (1) month's notice. Current pricing details are available on our website.

6.2 Free Trial

We offer a one (1) month free trial period. After the trial period ends, you must select a subscription plan to continue using the Service.

6.3 Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

7.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any viruses, worms, or malicious software.

8.1 Branchlate's Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create on the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Branchlate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangibles arising out of your use of the Service.

Note: We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of translations provided by the Service. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all translations.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Branchlate, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@branchlate.com.

12.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Geneva, Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Geneva.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email at least one (1) month before they become effective. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Branchlate regarding the use of the Service.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, or accidents.
